Eligible PH ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it, in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Information we collect

• • Account information: email address (if you create or upgrade an account)
• • Usage data: quiz attempts, scores, progress, and study activity
• • Payment information: processed entirely by our payment partner, PayMongo — we do not store your card, GCash, or other payment credentials directly
• • Attribution data: how you heard about us, if you choose to answer

How we use your information

• • To provide and improve the service (tracking your progress, unlocking paid features you've purchased)
• • To communicate with you (account confirmations, service updates)
• • To understand how people find and use Eligible PH, so we can improve it

Third parties we work with

• • Supabase — our database and authentication provider
• • PayMongo — our payment processor, which handles all payment information directly; we never see or store your full card or account details
• • Vercel — our hosting provider

Your rights under RA 10173

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at GetEligiblePh@gmail.com.

Data retention

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service.

Children's privacy

Eligible PH is intended for users preparing for the Civil Service Exam, generally 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
