Terms of Service

By using Eligible PH, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

Eligible PH provides Civil Service Exam (CSE) practice questions, study materials, and related tools. We are an independent educational resource and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Civil Service Commission (CSC).

2. No guarantee of exam outcomes

Eligible PH is a study aid. We do not guarantee that using our service will result in passing the CSE or any related examination. Success depends on many factors outside our control.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it. Provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• • Paid plans grant access for a fixed period (e.g., 30 days, 60 days, or 365 days depending on the plan selected) from the date of purchase.
• • Payments are verified manually: you send payment via GCash or Maya and submit proof (reference number and screenshot), which our team reviews and confirms — typically within 24 hours. We do not store your payment credentials.
• • Your plan is activated once we've verified your payment, not at the moment you submit it. If verification takes longer than 24 hours, contact us through the feedback page.
• • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law.
• • Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you will need to manually purchase a new period to continue paid access after it expires.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• • Share your account access with others in a way that circumvents paid access
• • Copy, redistribute, scrape, or resell our content
• • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service

6. Intellectual property

All content on Eligible PH (questions, explanations, articles, branding) is our property or used with permission, except where explicitly noted otherwise. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Eligible PH is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including exam outcomes.

8. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
